Senior Vice President, Chief Public Affairs Officer

 

Stuart Holliday is senior vice president and chief public affairs officer. In this new role, Holliday leads Communications and Government Affairs strategies and activities in full coordination with the company’s international operations - advancing engagement with key policymakers and customers. 

Prior to joining Lockheed Martin, Holliday served as CEO of Meridian International Center, a leading institution that advances American diplomacy, economic competitiveness and geopolitical resilience. He previously served as United States Ambassador for Special Political Affairs at the United Nations and as an officer in the U.S. Navy. Holliday has also held senior positions in the White House, the State Department and the Texas Governor’s office. 

Holliday serves as a trustee of the Center for the Study of Presidency and Congress and the Blair House Foundation. He has received awards from the U.S. Navy and the French Legion of Honor. 

Holliday earned a bachelor’s degree in foreign service from Georgetown University and master’s degree in international affairs and history from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
