For customers purchasing Sikorsky commercial or military aircraft, the Aircraft Delivery Operation (ADO) group offers seamless execution, from the time of purchase to in-country delivery at the customer's location.
Aircraft Modifications
The Field Operations Center provides modifications and airframe crash damage repairs, component repairs, and depot field teams in support of fixed wing and rotary wing aircraft. Customers benefit from this centralized and expanded depot operation and easy access from both the east and west coasts.
Field Services
The Field Service Operations group employs over 140 personnel located in over 60 countries around the world. Field Service Representatives (FSRs) provide technical assistance and guidance to owners/operators of Sikorsky Aircraft products.
Ground Equipment Support
Sikorsky's Ground Support Equipment (GSE) department provides high-quality, reliable, cost-effective support equipment and associated services that enable our customers to safely operate and maintain Sikorsky aircraft at peak efficiency.
Logistics Technologies
The Sikorsky Logistic Technologies (LT) team collaboratively works with each program stakeholder to create aviation ground-based logistics products used to access logistics data and maintain/manage aircraft in an accurate and efficient manner.

Sikorsky's maintenance and support solutions deliver military customers mission readiness at a significantly reduced cost of ownership.
Overhaul and Repair
The Overhaul and Repair (O&R) organization offers a diversified range of system services, repairing and overhauling dynamic systems, blades, avionics, and numerous other components from aircraft tip to tail.
