Alice Mallen

Human Resources Director, Europe, Middle East and Africa

Alice Mallen was appointed the Director of Human Resources for the UK, Europe, Middle East and Africa in September 2019.

Alice is accountable for delivery of the Human Capital Strategy and she and her team are responsible for Lockheed Martin employees based in 17 countries within the EMEA region.

Prior to this role, Alice was the Head of Human Resources for Rotary and Mission Systems Lockheed Martin UK –where she led the Human Resource function for the 600 employees across RMS sites in the UK.

Alice joined Lockheed Martin UK in April 2016 having previously worked as the Head of HR for the Market Area Europe, Middle East and Africa within the defence industry. Prior to this she has held generalist roles within the retail sector and as a consultant and is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
